In the room you will find: big desk, leather chair, brand new matress with slatted base. The room looks exactly like in the pictures. The whole flat is freshly renovated, new toilet seat, white walls and new floor.
It‘s a room rental not a WG, but we can do activities together if we have time. I like to cook, sports, cultural studies and spend time outdoor and I have years of experience in WG life.
The surrounding area is cool and relaxing, the canal is only 5 min walking distance. Länderdreieck and Maybachufer are 850 meters distant.
The closest S-bahn is Treptower Park, 950 meters
Closest bus stop only 50 meters.
This offer is limited to a three months contract; it is not a long term offer. Only three months contract at time. If we will live well and you are a respectful roommate I might extend for few more months.
Bills are included in the price. Internet is not yet there but there will be a DSL vodafone Connection soon.

Schlesischer Busch 850 meters distant. There you can find a basketball court, few ping pong tables and a soccer court in the case you are into sports.
You will need only 10 minutes walking to reach Club der Visionäre, Hoppetosse, Festsaal Kreuzberg and the Badeschiff.
we clean the flat (the common areas) once per week and we do our best to live well together in a clean and neat enironment. Experience in WG life is highly appreciated =)
