We have a furnished room with Anmeldung to sublet from the 1st of January 2024. The room is sunny and bright, around 20m2 with wooden floors. The flat has a big kitchen, living room, and bathroom with a bath. You’ll be sharing with two others from New Zealand (F) and Germany (M), and a sweet dog from Ukraine.
The flat is in Brüsselerkiez in Wedding, close to Plötzensee and Rehberge Park – the nearest U-Bahn is Seestrasse, a 5-minute walk away. We’re close to the trams, and the Ring Bahn is nearby in Wedding. We’re surrounded by lots of green space, as well as all the shops you need – Asian and Turkish markets, all the big supermarkets and department stores.
We’re looking for someone who is 30+ years old, thoughtful, considerate, and respectful of others. Someone who enjoys living in a calm and peaceful home, who intuitively contributes to the day to day tasks of living in a shared flat. It’s important that you’re also happy to live with a dog, and ensure that she is always respected and safe.
The flat’s not a party flat. We enjoy clean living, personal growth and development, yoga and spirituality. We have independent lives, and are working at home sometimes and outside of the flat sometimes. We're looking for someone who manages the ups and downs of life without too much drama, and who is happy to live with others who are more introverted than extroverted.

Transport connections are great - the tram is nearby, the U6 is a 5 minute walk away, the U9 is a 7 minute walk away, and the Ringbahn is a 10 minute walk away. All of the main supermarkets are nearby, as well as Turkish and Asian markets, and plenty of cafes etc. Lots of green space for nice walks :)
