Wedding Sublet (Jan. 16 to Feb. 20) - 3 Person WG
Sublet available in a 3 person WG. The dates are flexible, but ideally a minimum of a one month stay is preferred. Rent for 1 month is 520 euros, for the full five weeks it would be 650 euros, all included. There is a 200 euro deposit fee that will be returned after the rental period if there have been no damages to the room. The sublet is ONLY available for a FLINTA* person.
About Us:
We’re Matthew (they/them), Lea (she/her), and Cora (she/her). I (Matthew) will be traveling home and am looking to sublet my room. It is short term and anmeldung is NOT possible.
Lea (29) is German, works as a social work and is planning to start her studies to become a psychotherapist. Cora (37) is German, is currently working in a cafe, and is interested in sustainable agriculture and gardening. Our flat is a calm, safe space to come home to after a busy work day. We all love yoga, sport, nature, and often have shared meals together. We value clear communication, kindness, cleanliness, and are looking for a responsible person to join the flat for this period. We are not a party flat. Having some friends over for dinner is of course okay, but since both Cora and Lea are busy with work, and often work early mornings, a quiet household in the evening is a must.
About the Flat:
The flat is 3 bedroom, with a larger kitchen, 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a patio (we only smoke outside on the patio,) and is on the ground floor. The available room is the largest, with a big bed, dresser, desk, and small couch. The dresser will be empty and if additional room is needed for storage, I can clear out an extra drawer under the bed. We have a washing machine and a dishwasher.
Our flat is located in Wedding, Afrikanische Str. It’s an 8 minute walk from Amrumer Str./Seestr. tram line. 15 minute walk to U6 Rehberge and 15 min walk to U9 Amrumer Str. The Rehberge park is a 2 minute walk away and the Plotzensee 10 minutes.
We’re hoping to setup interviews in person or via video call January 6 or 7.
