The apartment is in Sprengelkiez in the heart of Wedding-Moabit. Even though the apartment has plenty of restaurants and bars nearby, it is extremely quiet and peaceful, allowing you to switch off and forget that you are in a vibrant area. It is a 10-minute walk to the U6 and Ringbahn station, 12 min to the U9.
I am looking for a person to take over a room that will be free from March 1st, who is a non-smoker, clean, nice, won't bring drugs into the house, and that I simply vibe with in a nice coexisting manner. The room in the apartment is 850€ warm, including all bills (internet, water, electricity, gas), which has a big open plan living room and kitchen area, which is the highlight of the property. All furniture is already included as well as a dishwasher, towels, and bed sheets. There is a shared modern bathroom. (Yes, anmeldung is included)
Your bedroom is about 15 sqm and furnished with a bed. You have a view into an inner courtyard, and in summer, you can escape the city sounds by opening your window and listening to the birds singing. The other furniture (chest of drawers and 2 bed side tables) belong to the previous tenant but can be bought for 200€. The furniture is in good condition and less than a year old. He is open to negotiating the price.
