Zimmer in der Pankstr/Wedding

Die Wohnung hat schon sauberere Tage gesehen. Aber du solltest schon wissen, wie man eine Spülmaschine ausräumt (wir sind aber auch noch am üben). Das gelegentliche, gemeinsame Bier und die Fähigkeit einen üblen Kater mit deinen Mitbewohnern durchzustehen gibt Pluspunkte.
Wenn du älter als 25 bist, und eine entspannte und humorvolle Person bist ohne zu nerven, dann schreib uns eine Mail.

Die Zimmertüren sind hier normalerweise offen. Es hat aber auch niemand etwas dagegen wenn sie mal zu ist. Tagsüber sind wir normalerweise nicht da. Am Wochenende hängen wir auf dem Sofa, gehen in Bars, hören Musik, lesen, arbeiten, schlafen, und so Sachen halt.

Es geht voll in Ordnung wenn du Nachts Musik hörst. Aber halte dich bloß von IndieRock fern.

Wir können übrigens auch kochen.

Ahoi,
we're looking for a new roommate in our cosy, delicious flat located at Pankstraße from 16th May -31st July. It's located in Wedding close to the Metrostation U8–Pankstraße.

We’re all 25-30 years old and we work or study..

The U8 is just a 4 minute walk from the door, 5 more minutes and you’ll be at Gesundbrunnen where you can catch the Ringbahn or other commuter and regional trains.

While going there you’ll pass by various food locations, Ya Halla Chicken, a nice fallaffel store, a good Pizza place and also various supermarkets like Bolu, Kaisers and Lidl.

The flat has seen cleaner days but you should know how to unload a dishwasher (we're also still practicing), like the occasional beer and the ability to handle a bad hangover with your flatmates is also a plus. If you’re older than 26, an easy going, humorous person without being annoying write us an email.

Doors are usually open but nobody will mind if it’s closed. During daytime we’re generally not at home, on the weekend we hang out on the sofa, go to bars, listen to music, read, work, sleep, do stuff.

We don’t care if you listen to music in the nighttime, but please stay away from indie-rock.

We also cook.
