My current flat mate is moving out in the beginning of July and therefore I'm searching for a new flat mate starting from July 15th.
The flat has 88 m² and I'm subletting two rooms - a connection room with about 30 m² and a smaller room with about 10 m² which is accessible by the big room. The two rooms are not furnished. This gives you a lot of space to be creative or e.g. if you're working in home office.
The building is about 100 years old and the flat was renovated a few years ago. All rooms - expept for the bathroom - have wodden floors and really high ceilings (3.40 m). The flat is already furnished and washing machine, dish washer, stove, etc. are available. My room has a balcony which you can also use if you want to.

The flat is super close to the U- and S-Bahn station wedding which gives you a great connection to Friedrichshain/Kreuzberg and Charlottenburg by the ring bahn. The U6 is the north/south connection which brings you to Friedrichstraße and within a few minutes to main station.
The area (Sprengelkiez) has a lot of nice bars and restaurants. So there are plenty of places to have a delicous meal, some beers in a bar or hang out at the lake (Plötzensee is close) or in a park.
I would appreciate someone who plans on staying longer than just a few months. It would be nice if you also want to spend every once in a while some time together and cook and enjoy some drinks - but it should be accepted if a door is closed and one wants to have some time for her-/himself.
It would be nice if you enjoy living in a shared flat :-)
Some words about myself: I'm an open-minded person who enjoys life. In summer times I try to spend time outside, go to festivals or from time to time on bike tours. I am 31 years old and work in software development for electric vehicles.
The rent includes all costs such as heating, electricity, internet, ...
