The flat located in Wedding between the U6 (3 min) and the Ringbahn (7 min), you can be in Friedriechstrasse in 15 min. Bright and gorgeous, renovated recently. Rent is one big room of 20 sq meter, very bright, with an attached closet room of 2,5 sq meter. It has high ceiling and its on the courtyard, so very quiet, well isolated and well heated in the winter. Huge window that opens from the floor. Gorgeous kitchen and a luxurious bathroom with both bathtub and shower and 2 sinks. 4th floor. There's all the big equipment that's needed (fridge, washing machine,...) and the room will be empty.
The rent is 500e all included. 3 months deposit upfront. You can register here, we'll sign an Untermitvertrag. Let's do a few months trial first, but I am only looking for a long term flatmate. And I am looking only for one flatmate.
