Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Prinzenallee im Wedding, einem multikulturellen Stadtviertel von Berlin. Hier gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Penny, Netto, Lidl sowie zahlreiche „Spätis“ in direkter Nachbarschaft). Mehr und mehr gemütliche Restaurants und Bars haben sich in den letzten Jahren hier angesiedelt. An sonnigen Tagen lohnt sich ein Spaziergang am Ufer der Panke.

Anbindung
Vor der Haustür fahren die Busse M27 und 255 ab. Folgende Verbindungen erreicht man unter 10 Minuten zu Fuß: U8 Pankstraße, S-Bahn Wollankstraße (S1, S25, S25). Außerdem sind die S-Bahn-Bahnhöfe „Bornholmer Straße“, „Pankow“ sowie „Gesundbrunnen“ sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Station U9 „Osloer Straße“ kann ebenfalls schnell erreicht werden. Bei letzterem hat man auch direkte Anbindung an den Fernverkehr der Deutschen Bahn. (s. Karte).

The apartment is located in Prinzenallee im Wedding, a multicultural district of Berlin. Here there are many shopping possibilities (Penny, Netto, Lidl as well as numerous "Spätis" in direct neighbourhood). More and more cosy restaurants and bars have settled here in recent years. On sunny days it is worth taking a walk along the banks of the Panke.

Connection
Buses M27 and 255 depart from the front door. The following connections can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot: U8 Pankstraße, S-Bahn Wollankstraße (S1, S25, S25). The S-Bahn stations "Bornholmer Straße", "Pankow" and "Gesundbrunnen" can also be reached very quickly. The station U9 "Osloer Straße" can also be reached quickly. The latter also has a direct connection to the long-distance traffic of the Deutsche Bahn. (see map).

In der Wohnung wohnen Leon und ich. Wir kennen uns schon seit der Kindheit und wohnen auch momentan zusammen in einer 2-Zimmer Wohnung im Prenzlauer Berg. Wir sind ein eingespieltes Team und suchen jemanden der unser WG-Leben ergänzt und mit dem gut klar kommen.

Wir sind beide Vegan und wünschen uns am liebsten auch einen VeganerIn, ist aber kein Muss. Außerdem gehen wir gerne gemeinsam bouldern, in die Sauna, zu Techno/Goa feiern, in den Park oder skaten.

Leon studiert KoWi in Greifswald, muss aber nur noch seine Bachelorarbeit schreiben und jobbt nebenbei. Er liest gerne und viel, ist eher ruhiger Natur und findet in allem einen flachen Wortwitz. In der WG zeichnet er sich durch sein besonders schnelles Duschen, ausgiebiges Kochen und ausgiebig fröhliches Pfeifen aus.

Bei mir ist es ähnlich. Studiere eigentlich im Harz, kann meine Bachelorarbeit aber aus Berlin schreiben und jobbe nebenbei in einem Startup. Ich lese im Moment auch wieder mehr, habe sonst häufiger meine Kopfhörer auf und schaue mir irgendwelche unnötigen Dinge an oder höre Musik. Im Moment werde ich politisch und klimatechnisch aktiver (Ende Gelände, XR, IR etc.). Wenn du auch aktiv bist, lass uns dazu gerne quatschen. In der WG findest du mich ähnlich oft wie Leon vor dem Herd.

Wir sind beide durch das gemeinsame Zusammenleben ziemlich sauber geworden und würden uns das auch von dir wünschen. Nicht penibel, aber sauber. Einen Putzplan werden wir dann auch mit dir einrichten, hat erfahrungsgemäß immer gut funktioniert.

Allgemein ist uns wichtig, dass wir uns alle wohlfühlen und eine lockere, freundschaftliche Atmosphäre herrscht. Solltest du gemeinsame Interessen mit uns haben - cool, melde dich gerne! Sollte das nicht der Fall sein, aber du denkst, du passt zu uns - schick mir eine Nachricht! :-) Verwende das Wort "Tohuwabohu" in deiner Nachricht, um copy paste aussortieren zu können.

PS: wir bringen einen Reiskocher und einen Mixer in die WG, essentiell für jeden Veganer!

Leon and I live in the apartment. We have known each other since childhood and live together in a 2-room apartment in Prenzlauer Berg. We are a well-rehearsed team and are looking for someone who complements our WG life and with whom we can cope well.

We are both vegans and would love to have a vegan, but it is not a must. We also like to go bouldering together, to the sauna, to Techno/Goa, to the park or skate.

Leon is studying communication in Greifswald, but only has to write his bachelor thesis and has a job on the side. He likes to read and does a lot of reading, is rather calm in nature and finds a joke in everything. In the WG he is characterized by his particularly fast showering, extensive cooking and extensively cheerful whistling.

It is similar with me. I'm actually studying in the Harz mountains, but I can write my bachelor thesis in Berlin and also work in a start-up. At the moment I'm reading more again, I usually have my headphones on more often and look at some unnecessary things or listen to music. At the moment I am becoming more politically and climatically active (Ende Gelände, XR, IR etc.). If you are also active, let's talk about it. In the WG you will find me as often as Leon in front of the stove.

We've both become pretty clean by living together and would like you to do the same. Not meticulous, but clean. We will then also set up a cleaning plan with you, and experience has shown that it always worked well.

Wir wissen, wie mühselig es ist in Berlin ein WG-Zimmer zu finden. Ich werde versuchen, alle Nachricht zu lesen. Seht mir bitte nach, dass ich nicht auf jede antworten kann.

Wohnungsbesichtigungen gibt es frühstens ab dem 17.08., je nachdem wie die momentanen Bewohner zeitlich verfügbar sind. Gerne können wir uns aber auch schon vorher in einem Café zum quatschen treffen.
