Die Wohnung ist ziemlich groß mit viel Gemeinschaftsraum. Es ist voll möbliert und seine geräumige Küche, Wohnzimmer und Balkon laden zum Entspannen, Treffen und Verbringen von Zeit miteinander ein. Die allgemeine Mentalität innerhalb der Wohnung war immer sehr freundlich und kommunal mit einem Schwerpunkt auf der Achtung einander Grenzen und Privatraum. - Ja. Es ist schön, sich zu treffen und Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, aber es ist auch wichtig, einige private Zeit und Raum zu haben.

Die Zimmer sind nicht gigantisch, sondern liefern eine perfekte Größe für Privatsphäre und allein Zeit, wenn Sie es wünschen oder brauchen.

Die persönlichen Zimmer sind mit einem Bett (140 cm x 200 cm) einem Kleiderschrank, einem Schreibtisch und einem Schreibtischstuhl ausgestattet. Der Rest liegt an Ihrer Kreativität.

Nachdem einige Flatmate verlassen sind, bin ich mit Flippsy und Floppsy übrig, die restlichen Flatmate, die Sie auf den Fotos sehen können, unsere beiden weiblichen Kanarienvögel. Sie lieben ihren privaten Raum im Käfig, kommen aber manchmal heraus, um das Wohnzimmer zu fliegen und zu unterhalten. Sie sind beide rund zwei Jahre alt und super schön, außer ihre Leidenschaft, um über Essen zu kämpfen - XD XD XD

Ich:
Ich bin voll beschäftigt, manchmal von zu Hause aus.

In meiner Freizeit koche ich gerne, gehe ins Fitnessstudio, reite mein Rennrad oder gehe mit Freunden oder Flat-Matten für ein Bier oder entspannen Sie einfach im Wohnzimmer einen Film oder hören Musik und chillen.

Wir (Me, Flippsy und Floppsy) sind offen für eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten, sich kennenzulernen oder Sie mehr Teile der Wohnung sehen zu lassen. (Videospiele und was nicht)
Es ist auch eine Möglichkeit, sich auf unserem schönen und großen Balkon kennen zu lernen oder ein Bier an der Späti auf der Straße zu holen (leider Flippsy und Floppsy sind nicht in Bier). Fühlen Sie sich frei, irgendwelche Vorschläge zu machen.

The apartment is pretty big with lots of communal space. It is fully furnished and its spacious kitchen, living room and balcony invite to relax, meet and and spend time with each other. The general mentality within the apartment was always very friendly and communal with an emphasis on respecting each others boundaries and private space. - It's beautiful to meet and spend time with each other but it is also important to have some private time and space.

The rooms are not gigantic but supply a perfect size for privacy and alone time, if you wish for or need it.

The personal rooms are furnished with a bed (140 cm x 200 cm) a wardrobe a desk and a desk chair. - The rest is up to your creativity.

After some flatmates are leaving I am left with Flippsy and Floppsy, the residual flatmates that you can see on the photos, our two female canary birds. They love their private space within the cage but sometimes come out to fly around the living room and entertain. They are both around two years old and super lovely, except their passion to fight about food - XD XD XD

Me:
I am employed working full time, sometimes from home-office.

In my free time I like to cook, go to the gym, ride my race bike or go out with friends or flat mates for a beer or simply relax in the living room watching a movie or listening to music and chill.

We (Me, Flippsy and Floppsy) are open to a wide array of possibilities to get to know each other or let you see more parts of the flat. (videocalls and whatnot)
It is also a possibility to get to know each other on our beautiful and big balcony or grab a beer at the Späti down the road (unfortunately Flippsy and Floppsy are not into beer). Feel free to make any suggestions.
