The room is approximately 20 m2 and it's available from 14th of November till 29th of November. It comes furnished with bed (140*200 + linens and towels), closet with hangers, clothes rack, writing desk, bookshelf.
The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator + freezer and with enough storage space. Cooking pots, cutlery, glasses and plates are also free for use.
The rent is 250,00 EUR.
Little bit about me (with who you will share apartment):
I'm 31 and I'm from Croatia. I work full time (mostly from home office with this situation), which means during the week I like to relax after work with music, cooking, book or TV show. I'm social person and during the weekend I like to go out or sometimes have a small party with friends in the apartment (nothing crazy :).
The room is suitable for couples, pets are allowed and smokers also, as I am a smoker myself.
The apartment is located in Wedding, between Bornholmer Str. (10 min walk to S-bahn S1,S2,S25,S26,S8,S85) and Osloer Str. (15 min walk to U-bahn U8,U9). The bus stop (255, M27) and tram station (50, M13) are 5 min walk. Closest store is Penny (5 min walk). Gesundbrunnen (Ring station) is 15 min walk.
