The 75m² flat is in the front house, as is the room, in a narrow residential street very quiet. If you walk to one of the corners, there is Müllerstraße, the main shopping street, where you could find all kind of shops and restaurants, and if you walk to the other corner, you can find the beautiful Schillerpark. It's 7 minutes walking from subway station U-Seestraße (U6) and tram M13. The Volspark Rehberge is 10 min by foot.
Common areas that will be shared with a super easy going flatmate, who speaks German and English: Living room, where you can chill, dine, and work in one of the spacious desks available; kitchen (with washing machine, dishwasher and all kind of cooking stuff) and bathroom.
As shown in the pictures, the room is super spacious (24 m²) and sunny (but still fresh in summer as the direct sunlight is at the afternoon). The place will be unfurnished.
Price is 580/month, includes everything (rent+heating+electricity+water+internet). Dates are flexible, but of course we would prefer who stays for the whole period.
Looking for someone who'd like to enjoy and take care for the place during this period. Anmeldung is possible!
