We have a long term room available in our flat, from the 1st of April or earlier, with "Anmeldung/Hauptmietervertrag". The room is sunny and bright, around 22m square with wooden floors and a Hochbett. The flat has a big kitchen and bathroom with a bath and a balcony. You’ll be sharing with 3 others, English and German speaking. We’re all vegan, and are looking for someone who is vegan as well !!
The flat is in the Brüsselerkiez in Wedding, close to Plötzensee and Rehberge Park – the nearest U-Bahn is Seestrasse, a 5 minute walk away. We’re close to the trams, and the Ring Bahn is nearby in Wedding. We’re surrounded by lots of green space , as well as all the shops you need – Asian and Turkish markets, all the big supermarkets and department stores.
We’re looking for someone who is easy going, respectful of others and able to live considerately in a shared flat. Our preference would be someone who is 30+ years old and male, but happy for you to get in touch if you think you’d be a good fit regardless. The priority is that you’re vegan.(if you have read so fae please tell us your Favorite vegan food ;)) It’s not a party flat, we’re all pretty quiet, working some of the time in home office and sometimes outside the flat.
The room is €375 including all bills. Furniture will be gone besides the Hochbett. We’ll be meeting with people via Zoom first, over the next few days. Send us a message if you’re interested, looking forward to hearing from you.
