Hey there,
after 7 years our roommate Robert is moving out of our shared flat, since he is becoming a father and thus we are on the search for a new roommate (male or female).
We are Andi (28) and Christian (33). Andi is currently finsihing his studies in sociology and Christian is working as a lawyer.
We are searching for someone who is friendly and outgoing, but also respects privacy and isn't afraid to put in his/her fair share of work with cleaning duties etc. We are too old to party every weekend and regularly need to get up in the morning (though we enjoy to go out from time to time). So if that is what you are aiming for we are probalby not a good fit.
The room is about 14 sqm and directed towards the courtyard of the building. It is thus rather quiet but doesn't get too much sun. The room is not furnished. We are going to switch rooms on 1 June. The flat's kitchen and the bathroom are quite big.
Neither the house nor the neighbourhood are in the best condition, but the Kiez has some nice spots and gentrification has not yet kicked in (fully) around here. Subway stations Pankstraße (U8) and Osloer Straße (U9) are closeby, as well as S-Bahn station Gesundbrunnen and several bus lines.
We are looking forward to hearing from you. We probably won't be able to answer each applicant, so sorry for that in advance. We'll probably schedule visits this weekend (21 to 23 May).
