Hello liebe Leute!
We're moving out to a new place and so the small room is available (there is also a bigger room for 550€). Unfortunately only from the 19 of FEB (maybe a day earlier!) until the 30 of MARCH. This is FIXED. The real state company will then renovate and you know the story if you're living in Berlin already. The flat has two bedrooms and one living room and one separated kitchen, so MEGA spacious for the Berlin standard. It's meant for only 2 people but a 3rd is possible if they share one bedroom (bear in mind there is only one double sofa bed), so couples are potentially allowed with an extra fee to compensate for more water, heat and electricity consumption.
We'll try to leave the place as comfortable as possible so there will be 2 beds (1 double, 1 single) , table , chairs, plates and all you need in the kitchen but we will naturally need to remove some of the furniture you see in the pictures so the place will look a bit emptier than in the photos. You will be sharing with possibly a friend of us, super nice person!
Costs:
460€ warm (190€ extra if it's a couple)
Deposit 50€

Location is U Seestraße , Trams 13 and 50 5 minutes walking distance and beautiful Rehberge park around the corner, plenty of supermarkets too, too many!
Ah also 4th floor no elevator to keep you fit! Also a cellar is available!
