***PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A ONE-TIME ADMIN FEE OF 199,00€. This covers the creation of the rental agreement, all admin work, check-in & check-out procedure and cleaning upon arrival.
Additionally, viewings are possible in general but need to take a few days to schedule with the current tenant. As a more efficient alternative, we can provide pictures, videos and floorplans of the rental unit, which will give a better idea of what the entire apartment looks like.
