In this single room, there is a double bed and a sofa, one shelf and rack for clothes, and one workspace desk with chair. The flat has internet (Wifi), and the common areas are shared with one other person.

The flat is in the 4th floor (no elevator), equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower (shared). When there is sun in Berlin it comes into the room in the afternoon.

Wi-fi internet, shared kitchen (dishes, dishwasher, washing machine etc.) and bathroom with shower. Quiet inner court, close to many nice parks, restaurants, bars and food markets. The area is safe and many organic food stores, as well as asian food stores walkable 2 minutes away.

2 minute walk from Seestrasse U-bahn Station u6, goes directly to the city center Friedrichstrasse / Mitte.
