***PLEASE NOTE THAT THE MINIMUM PERIOD OF STAY IS 3 MONTHS AND THERE IS A ONE-TIME ADMIN FEE OF 199,00€. This covers the creation of the rental agreement, all admin work, check-in & check-out procedure and cleaning upon arrival.
Furthermore, viewings are possible in general but need to take a few days to schedule with the current tenant. As a more efficient alternative, we can provide pictures, videos and floorplans of the rental unit, which will give a better idea of what the entire apartment looks like.

Our large number of co-living apartments all consist of spacious and bright rooms in a modern design. The best part is, everything is already fully furnished. In other words, you can literally grab your suitcase and move in tomorrow!
Additionally, not only are all of the rooms already equipped with essentials like electricity, water, and the internet, but we also offer numerous other facilities that are included in the price. Whether you would like to do sports in our fitness rooms, study in the coworking areas or socialize during organized workshops and events; Village M has it all!

What exactly does “fully equipped” mean?
Being able to move into a new place the next day does not happen very often, yet we make it possible! Therefore, we have not only taken care of all the necessary amenities, but these are also included in the price and do not involve any additional charges.
