Dear all,
there will be a single room free from 01.December till 15. December.
I live alone here and will sleep in my sleeping room. So we will be seperated and you have your own space.
personal Stuffs from my roommate who is moving out will not be in the room.
The Kitchen is fully functional with new microwaves, bake oven, a stove, a big new refrigerator, and a new washing machine from BOSCH.
The apartment's location is amazing!
EDEKA, Bio Markt, Bakery, 2 korean, 1 Chinese, 1 Viet, 1 Indian and 1 Mexican Restaurants, DHL Post shop, Copyshop and 1 Busstation are all in front of the housedoor! You can save
so much
time by living here. :D But still the building is very quite, because it's inside(Innenhof)
The U-Bahn 9 is 5 minutes by walk and S-Bahn 8 minutes by walk. It is near from 2 big green parks.
The Charite is directly next to it. The University of the Arts Berlin (Hardenbergstraße) is 18 minutes to reach.
The Go Asia big supermarket and türkish supermarket are in 8 mins by walk.
The rent is all incl. electricity, internet, water, heating.
