Hi everyone! We are subletting my flatmate's room (roughly 10sqm) in a vibrant flat and community close to Seestrasse (U6), including balcony for 1 month from May 1st to May 31st, the room however IS EMPTY ALREADY, SO IMMEDIATE MOVE-IN POSSIBLE.
The flatmates are very sweet, social, but also super respectful of your space :) i would say the same about the small community at large with many recurring social events with a truly international crowd (Mostly 20-30 years bracket). It's completely furnished with everything you could ever need and the all inclusive rent is 625 Euros / month.
I am looking for someone who is respectful and brings good sociable vibes to my very welcoming flatmates and community, and who takes good care of the room :) If interested please do drop me a message and open to sharing more details and arranging a visit !
In short: We created a little bubble here all together to make this place feel like home away from home and we are lloking for our next family member to make this family complete again ❤️

We are a very sociable flat and house who do a lot together, not just as flatmates but also with the many neighbours in the house, whether it's game night, drink nights, clubbing or even walks to the supermarket. During the day the house is very productive as most of us are working, we also have a co-working space where many of us work together when home. After work we all cook and eat together almost daily. It can get louder and sociable in the house also past 10 p.m. quite often, just FYI ;) and we love having people over, I hope you will not only be okay with that but we encourage you to do the same :)
