Hey,
My flat mate moved out and I'm now looking for a new flat mate. I'm looking for short term for now, but with option of staying longer.
The room is facing the street side and has a large window. There is currently laminate covering the floor, however, feel free to take it out and discover the original wooden floor below. The house is from the 1920s with thick walls, which is perfect during summer as the temperature was never above 25°C inside. The heating system is fully functioning.
The room comes empty, except from an old wardrobe of my previous flat mate. If you don't want it, she will come and dispose it.
In the 430€ is all included (rent, bills, internet, GEZ).
The street is pretty large with lots of trees, but very calm. I slept in your room before and had no problem sleeping with open windows. If you have a car, it should be possible to find a space for parking. At least parking is free of charge.
Kaufland, Aldi, Lidl, Rewe, Penny DM, ... everything is in walking distance or 1 Station away.
The U Station Rehberge is 5–7min walking distance away.
There're 2 big parks in walking distance away.
I'm Leonie and am in my last year of studying. I work next to it.
I am usually an easy going person who likes to laugh and dance, go out for walks or cycling.
I would love to have a flat mate who does not live as a ghost inside her*his room, and is up for chatting, maybe cooking or any other social activity (of course, no must!), so the flat sharing feels good and not awkward.
I prefer a flat mate who feels responsible for her*his environment. It should be possible to keep the kitchen surfaces clean after cooking, as well as the bathroom. Don't worry, I'm not perfect either, I just realized I don't like sticky surfaces.
If you feel like, we have similiar standards, just contact me.
I speak German, English, a bit of French and a bit of Chinese. To make our both live easier, please speak at least German or English fluent (B1).
Please be vaccinated.
