Berlin Wedding Looking for a new roomate for 3 ZKB renovated shared flat for queer people / Suche ein:e Mitbewohner:in für 3 ZKB WG-Neugründung

Lieber Mensch,

wir haben die Möglichkeit, zwischen Mitte Februar und Anfang März, in einer frisch renovierten Wohnung in Wedding eine neue Wohngemeinschaft zu gründen. Befristet bis zum 01.09.2023 (Verlängerung möglich)

Die Wohnung ist insgesamt 80 qm groß. Bis Januar wurde diese von 3 Leuten bewohnt, die Bilder sind noch von deren Erstbezug März 2022.
Ab Mitte Januar wird die Wohnung renoviert, weswegen ein genaues Einzugsdatum und aktuelle Fotos im Moment leider nicht vorhanden sind.

Die folgenden Eckdaten sind schon bekannt:

- Die Kaltmiete 1190,00€ Kaltmiete für die gesamte Wohnung
- Pro Person beträgt die Kaltmiete 595€, die Nebenkosten circa 105€
- Es wird mit Gas geheizt
- Um einen WLAN Vertrag müsstest du dich selbst kümmern, da ich über die Arbeit einen Mobilen Router nutze.
- Die Kaution sind 3 Monatsmieten kalt (Also 1.785€ p.P.)
- Es gibt ein kleineres Zimmer mit Balkonzugang, das teilmöbliert als Gemeinschaftsraum genutzt werden kann.
(Die Möbel gehören meiner Partnerin, die aktuell in einer anderen Wohnung lebt)
- Das größere Zimmer ohne Balkon Zugang ist nicht möbliert und kann bezogen werden.
- Es wird eine neue Küche eingebaut, die Böden und Decken werden ebenfalls erneuert.
- Waschmaschine und Trockner sind leider nicht vorhanden.


Zum Einzug suche ich als Hauptmieter eine:n neue:n Mitbewohner:in.
Ich heiße Luan, bin 27, arbeite Vollzeit im Home-Office als Software Entwickler und beschäftige mich sonst gerne mit Musik, Kunst und Kochen. Die letzten Jahre habe ich größtenteils in Saarbrücken gewohnt.
Ich spreche Deutsch, Englisch, gaaanz ganz basic italienisch und versuche mich gerade etwas an Türkisch. Merhaba!

Was ist mir wichtig, bei potentiellen Mitbewohner:innen :
Ich kann auf keinen Fall mit Menschen zusammen leben die in irgendeiner Form rechtes Gedankengut teilen.
Ich möchte gerne mit einer queeren Person zusammen leben, da es mir wichtig ist, dass alle Beteiligten sich in Ihrem neuen Zuhause sicher & wohl fühlen.
Gemeinsame Sauber- und Ordnungshaltung setze ich ebenfalls als Grundstein für ein friedliches Miteinander voraus.

Dear human,

we have the opportunity to start a new shared apartment in a freshly renovated flat in Wedding between mid-February and early March. Limited until 1st of September 2023 (extension possible)

The apartment is 80 qm in total. Until January there were living 3 people, the pictures are from their first move in March 2022.
From mid-January, the apartment will be renovated, which is why an exact move-in date and current photos are unfortunately not available at the moment.

The following key data are already known:

- The cold rent for the entire apartment is 1190,00€.
- The rent per person is 595€, the additional costs are about 105€.
- It is heated with gas
- For a WLAN contract you would have to take care of yourself, because I use a mobile router through work.
- The deposit is 3 months rent cold (So again 1.785,00€ p.p.)
- There is a smaller room with balcony access that can be used as a common room and is partially furnished (Furnishment is from the second main tenant and my partner who currently lives in another flat).
- The larger room without balcony access is not furnished and can be occupied by you.
- A new kitchen will be installed, the floors and ceilings will also be renewed.
- Washing machine and dryer are unfortunately not yet available.

I am looking for a new flatmate to move in.
My name is Luan, I am 27 years old, work full time in my home office as a software developer and otherwise enjoy music, art and cooking. The last years I lived mostly in Saarbrücken.
I speak German, English, very basic Italian and am currently trying my hand at Turkish. Merhaba!

What is important to me in potential flatmates?
I can't live with people who share right-wing ideas in any form.
I would like to live together with a queer person, because it is important to me that all parties feel safe & comfortable in our new home.
Common cleanliness and orderliness I also assume as a cornerstone for a peaceful coexistence.
