Hallo, Leute! My flatmate is going away for some time and we're renting out his room. It's a 2-room flat in a very pretty and quiet area in Weißensee 2 blocks away from Prenzlauer Berg and Greifswalder Straße. The room is fully furnished, has loads of natural light, a 1.4x2m bed and a desk.
The flat is 3 mins away from the tram by foot and 15 mins away from S Greifswalderstraße station. There's also an EDEKA (supermarket) 2 blocks away, several parks, and for those who like a bit of history, the largest Jewish cemetery in Europe 5 blocks away.
I'm a 30yo Chilean-German that works in Sustainability from home, bikes everywhere and loves to meet new people. If you are new to the city, I'd love to give you some tips and share a couple of beers. The only thing I ask in return is for you to clean after yourself and not be too noisy at night (we live in a building with a few elderly people).
The rent per month is around 600 euros, so you'd be paying around 20 euros per day and we can calculate the total amount based on when you check in and check out.
