The room is 25 sqm big and is partly furnished with a bed+mattress, a wardrobe and a desk (I put the wardrobe and the desk in the Abstellraum but you could rebuild them).
I would like to leave my matress in return for 200€ as I bought it only 1 1/2 years ago especially for the bed in the room - people who will take the matress would therefore be prefered. It is a matress from bett1 with interchangeable soft and hard sides.
My cat lived here with me so probably not suitable for people with allergies.
The contract is unlimited and you pay the rent directly to the agency. Internet + GEZ are an additional 15 euros that the flatmates organize among each other.
We have a big kitchen with a washing machine, oven and fridge. We also have an Abstellraum and a Dachboden that can both be used. We have a bathtub in the bathroom.
The size of the entire apartment is around 200 sqm and there's a balcony in your new room (it is huge!). The apartment is in the 4th floor with no elevator and the walls are pretty thin but you can cope.
If you want to decorate the flat with us you can do so gladly because we think there is still a lot that can be done :)
The WG is 5 min away from U9-Güntzelstraße. and 7min away to each U7-Berliner Str. and U7-Bayerischer Platz. There's a small Edeka 2min away and small shopping center 5min away with more options.
The area is very calm, not many bars or spätis around but in 15 min walking distance from Eisenacher Str. and Winterfeld Platz. Volkspark Wilmersdorf-Schöneberg is 15 min walking distance as well.
