Hey! Salam here.
I'm subletting my lovely room in Wilmersdorf from 12.01. to 04.02. while I take a break from Berlin.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor, with 3 bedrooms (one of which has a balcony), a kitchen, and a bathroom. Unfortunately no pets allowed, and due to the short rent period, Anmeldung is not possible.
The room is fully furnished as you can see in the photos. I've switched out the desk and shelves for a nicer set, and now there’s a bigger bed (160cm mattress on the floor). There's also an extra mattress if you have a visitor.
I will probably cover/hide some of my stuff while you visit so that you have room for your own stuff! The view outside the room is one of my favorite things. Plenty of trees often visited by squirrels.
You cannot smoke in the room, but if my flatmates like you (which I hope they will), you can access the balcony from the other room, where we usually have an evening beer and the occasional meal (when the weather's good).
The kitchen is pretty much fully equipped, and that includes a dishwasher.

If you're not familiar with the area, it's historically famous for having old ladies living there, which is still true to this day. Plus side is you can expect a lot of calm, down side (for some) is that there aren't any interesting bars in the walking distance. But fear not! It's only 5 minutes away from S Hohenzollerndamm (Ring) so you can get to the city center in about 20 minutes (but who wants to go there anyway?)
Oh, and there's a Lidl and Edeka, both at walking distance. Also a bakery that opens on Sunday around the corner!
Both Irene and Maddalena are lovely people. They come from north italy and enjoy hanging out and cooking a nice meal. Maddalena has a great taste in music. WG life is low on expectations. We keep it relaxed, fairly clean, and fairly social, and often have some meals/drinks together in one of our rooms.
Make sure to write me a bit about yourself! Who you are, what you're doing in Berlin, you know how it goes!
I will be selecting some of you to meet before I leave, so visits will probably take place on Wednesday 10th and Thursday 11th of January.
