This room will be rented out while I, Mimi, am going somewhere else for uni for a short time. That's why I'll leave most of my personal stuff in here. That will provide you a home for the time you'll be staying without you having to do any work ^^. The room is bright due to the sun shining through the window from morning to afternoon.
The rest of the flat consists of 5 other rooms - three for my (and then your) flatmates, one guest/storageroom and bathroom and kitchen/living room.
The flat is located in Zehlendorf just a one-Minute-walk away from the Bus station 101. The S-Bahn-Station is just a 5min drive away (by bus) and will bring you to Berlin Mitte or anywhere else you wanna go with that train connection XD.
Other than that the area is pretty quiet and cozy and offers a little space to calm down (due to some nature and pretty houses and streets) after an exciting day in the city ;).
Your flatmates will be:
Anton, Shuta and Kiyoka.
Anton (27) is the main tenant, currently working at the FU Berlin and writing his "Doktor-Arbeit" and has the most contact to the landlord who is living in the flat below.
He (Anton) can speak German, English, Chinese, a little Japanese and Spanish. So if you are a language-geek like him, you two should get along ;).
Shuta (28) is originally from Japan and the flatmate that I'd describe as the "Berliner" of the flat, cause he's stayed here the longest out of all of us. He wants to move back to Tokyo soon so he'll be busy planning stuff but he's open to show you around and give you recommendations on where to explore the city. He just finished his degree in political science at the FU and is now giving German classes online or trying to learn how to play the guitar in his free time XD.
Kiyoka (36) is our second Japanese flatmate member. Her English is better than her German that's why we mostly communicate that way. She is super friendly and caring and a lot of fun if you want to sit down together with something to eat and drink and talk the whole night.
She's currently working at a japanese restaurant in the city and loves to talk about her cat back in Japan ^^.
All three are free to welcome you in our home while I'll be gone and build a comfortable space to live for you - even if it is just a short time :).
The picture posted is from before I moved in. I didn't feel comfortable to make my room, that I'll move back into, openly accessable for everyone so bluntly.
That's why I figured I'd post it this way and then select a few special people that want to move in and send them aaaalll the details in private :).
Just for description:
The bed has changed and I created a small space for myself for reading, watching TV and relaxing at the opposite side of the room to calm down in the evening.
(ergo it's not that minimalistic anymore)
My personal stuff will stay, as said, but if you need some more space, I could see if I can store some in the guestroom - which you have the same option to do so.
Let's get to know you and see if you are worthy xD of becoming the guardian of my comfy home here in Berlin 🤗.
