LOOKING FOR A ROOM | WG | BUDJET 700 EUR | I have RESIDENCE PERMIT AND STABLE FULL TIME JOB

Hi!
My name is Eva and I am looking for a flat. I have a stable full time job job with income 2100 a month and dj'ing as well sometimes (extra money) so would be able to always pay In time.For the past year I was renting a place in Prenzlauberg, I have all proofs of rent payments for you to check.

Looking for a flat in Berlin from 01.05.2023 (ofc will consider other moving in date options but preference is from 01.05) in Prenzlauberg/Fridrischhain/Kreuzberg and Mitter, looking for a studio or 1 room flat - budjet is 700-800 max, or for a 2 separate rooms flat for 1500-1600.


Also I have all the pack of needed documents such as Schufa (jetzt beantragen) , and a letter from my previous landlord that says that I don't have any debts.

About my self: I moved to Berlin a year ago because the war started and I lost my job so decided to move abroad to ba able to work and support my family.

For the past year I was doing bookings for Live From Earth label, firstly as a booking manager of festival and then as a booking agent of all artists. From March I got full-time jib opportunity from the agency but before it was a part time work so I was working as a bartender in Suicide Circus and as an awareness team member in Tresor. Earlier until 24.02.2022 I was working as a night manager in the Arsenal Club and as a artist host as well.

My parents and my sister are still in Kyiv, Ukraine, and I visit them once in 6-7 months for a week.

Besides booking management I am also dj, resident of a place in Kyiv so have some extra money (registered as a freelancer in Germany) sometimes when I have gig's so I like going out from time to time but never bring a party home or make a party at home cause just feel uncomfortable with someone in my private space so in terms of guests or loudness int he house - i am not problematic but I would be completely fine if my roommate ate would have guests over.

I like spending time at home by myself as well, just doing some chores and listening o music or watching something because sometimes because of work and the sphere where I am working at - I can be overwhelmed by constant contacts with people and because of that I like to give myself a break and spend a weekend at home.

Looking for a new flat since the place I was living at earlier was offered for a year.
