Studentin sucht WG-Zimmer - Student searching for private room

Hello there!

My name is Josefa but everyone calls me Vera :) I'm 20 and a Mozambican national doing my BSc in Computer Science in Berlin. I am currently looking for long-term housing with the possibility of Anmeldung so I can take off in my new journey in Berlin successfully. My campus is in Ernst-Reuter-Platz, I would be glad to have something close but I don't mind commuting long distances by public transport.

If I were to describe myself as a season, I would be Summer! When I'm not studying, I can be found reading and spending time in the outdoors taking long walks, sitting at a park, going to festivals, restaurants or get-togethers with my friends. In my friend groups I'm usually the calm one who acts as a supportive, understanding character who is open-minded to listen to anything people around me have to offer without any judgement. I believe communication and understanding are important in all aspects of life, from friendships to living with other people. I am willing to compromise, do not smoke but don't mind smokers. I enjoy cleaning as a stress reliever and enjoy cooking as well when the time allows for it. I especially love cooking for people around me and trying new cuisines. I speak fluent Portuguese (first language) and English (C1). I speak a little bit of German as well but I am taking courses to better learn the language and integrate myself.

I would like to live in a WG where we can respect each other's privacy and 'me-time' from time to time. I would also enjoy doing activities together such as cooking, watching movies, game nights and going to museums, etc. when the time allows for it but this is not a must.
