Suche ab April eine chillige WG in Kreuzberg, Prenzlauer, Schöneberg, Mitte...

Hallo zusammen,

mein Name ist Lukas, ich bin 22 Jahre alt und mache von Anfang Januar bis Anfang Juli ein Praktikum im Business Development in Berlin. Ab September werde ich den Master in Innovation and Entrepreneurship ebenfalls in Berlin machen und suche deshalb langfristig ein WG-Zimmer. Da ich bis Anfang April zur Untermiete wohne, bräuchte ich ab dann ein Zimmer.

Ich gehe sehr gerne und oft ins Gym und bin auch bei vielen anderen Sportarten dabei. Ich koche sehr gerne und oft und versuche mich dabei überwiegend ausgewogen und proteinreich zu ernähren. Ich liebe Essen haha. Außerdem gehe ich sehr gerne feiern (Techno, HipHop) und lerne neue Leute kennen. Da ich relativ neu in der Stadt bin, bin ich besonders offen für coole neue Bekanntschaften. Ich würde mich als sehr lockeren Typen bezeichnen, der sehr flexibel ist und mit dem man über alles reden und auch gerne mal Kritik äußern kann, falls jemanden etwas stört. Ich achte natürlich auf Sauberkeit und passe mich in der Hinsicht sehr gerne an euch an.

Ich bin auf der Suche nach einer WG, die gerne Zeit miteinander verbringt, aber bei der Mischung aus gemeinschaftlichen Aktivitäten und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten sehr flexibel ist. Ich lebe relativ schnell und werde wahrscheinlich eher selten faulenzend im Zimmer sein sein (Praktikum, Gym, Feiern, Einkaufen, Kochen, Freunde treffen...). Jedoch würde ich mich sehr über gemeinsame Abendessen oder gemeinsames Joggen oder feiern oder gemütlich was trinken oder einen rauchen oder oder oder (bin wie gesagt flexibel haha) sehr freuen. Möbiliert wäre optimal, aber bin auch dabei sehr flexibel. Natürlich würde ich auch eine entsprechende Ablöse für die vorhandenen Möbel bezahlen.

Falls ihr bis hierhin gelesen habt, war wohl keine Red Flag dabei. Da es in Berlin sehr schwierig ist eine Bleibe zu finden, würde ich mich besonders über eine Einladung freuen und habe sehr viel Lust euch kennenzulernen ;)

As I am subletting until the beginning of April, I would need a room from then on.

I like to go to the gym very often and I also participate in many other sports. I like to cook very often and try to eat a balanced and protein-rich diet. I love food haha. I also enjoy partying (techno, hip hop) and meeting new people. Since I'm relatively new in town, I'm especially open to cool new acquaintances. I would describe myself as a very easy-going guy who is very flexible and with whom you can talk about anything and also criticize if something bothers someone. Of course I pay attention to cleanliness and am happy to adapt to you in this respect.

I'm looking for a flat share that likes to spend time together, but is very flexible when it comes to the mix of communal activities and opportunities to retreat. I live relatively fast and will probably rarely be lazy in the room (internship, gym, parties, shopping, cooking, meeting friends...). However, I would be very happy to have dinner together or go jogging together or celebrate or have a drink or a smoke or or or (as I said, I'm flexible haha). Furnished would be ideal, but I am also very flexible. Of course, I would also pay a corresponding transfer fee for the existing furniture.

If you have read this far, there was probably no red flag. Since it is very difficult to find a place to stay in Berlin, I would be especially happy to receive an invitation and I would love to get to know you ;)
