Hello my name is Elida Zaragoza and I come from Downey, California (a small suburb of Los Angeles) and study at UC Santa Barbara. I will be studying a year abroad at Technische Universität for Mathematical Sciences and German Language and Culture.

I'm looking for a furnished flatshare or a single-room apartment starting in September and am looking to pay no more than 340€ per month.

I'd really like to get flatmates with whom I'll be able to hang out and help improve my German (I can help improve/teach you English and Spanish) :). It would be great to meet potential flatmates in person as soon as possible.
I'm a respectful, clean, organized, social, open minded, and responsible person. I also don't smoke (but I'm fine with flatmates smoking throughout the flat) and I'd prefer not to have big parties at home.

Preferably, I'd like to be located in Wilmersdorf or Tiergarten, but any other central areas like Schöneberg, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Prenzlauer Berg, or Mitte are fine as well.

Ich bin für eine möbilierte WG ab September suchen und freue mich auf zahlen nicht mehr als 340€ pro Monat.

Ich würde wirklich gerne Mitbewohner, mit denen ich in der Lage sein, zu interagieren un zu helfen mein Deutsch verbessern (Ich kann dazu beitragern/lehren Englisch und Spanish):). Es wäre toll, um potenzielle Mitbewohner in Person so schnell wie möglich zu erfüllen. Ich bin ein respektvoll, sauber, organisiert, sozial, aufgeschlossen, und verantwortliche Person. Ich rauche nicht, aber nichts dagegen, wenn Mitbewohner in der WG rauchen. Ich würde auch lieber nicht zu Hause haben große Partien.
