22 young korean artist looking for a room!

deutsch unter aber es ist wirklich schlecht hehe :P Ich kann ein bisschen deutsch sprechen, aber englisch is ganz ganz besser fur mich! noch lerne ich deutsch so Deustch zu sprechen is ganz auch ok fur mich!

hey! I also can speak some german but english is way more better!
but i am learning german right now so speaking german is also totally good for me!

I am 22 years old man from south korea.
currently learning german and working because i want to go to university as soon as possible!
the room would be the best when it's in Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg/Neukolln/Kreuzberg/Wedding but not a must!
i work in mitte so i hope the connection between room and mitte is not longer than maximum 30 minutes!

I work and also get some support from my parents so it will never happen that i pay the rent late!

I am really friendly person. loving some black and good humor. loving the friendship which bitches each other but totally bond. but as well i am really quiet person ( totally makes sense right ) so normally i always stay in my room. draw my stuffs or play video games, and sleep.

as i said i'm almost at my room. going out only for groceries or working.
but sometimes go crazy party'ing to berghain. probably once a month.

my sleeping rhythm is totally not-normal. so my living patern is as well.
but this means that you won't have trouble with me with using toilets. which is totallly good haha :D
no "i also have to go out soon so let me take a shower!" :D

i would not say that i'm well organized person but i do make everything fair at the place that we share.
if you only let me live as me inside my room, all the shared place will be in order!

I am one of the person " i really don't bother " so i can always fit into your lifestyle ( if you want WIlma Wg i can join, if you want 'we only live together' i can also gladly join!)

I am looking for a room since 01.02.2018. could be a bit earlier or later.

I hope the rent is not over 400 include everything. best would be around 300~350
and Internet is really important to me so i need to connect my LAN cable. my cable is really long so it doesn't matter where you have the LAN cable spot. you should only have it xD.

and i know this is not necessary to let you know, but i prefer to say it because i don't want you to 'accidently' find out and get uncomfortable.
as you might guess, I am gay! but you live in berlin so you shouldn't have any problems, no? :P

i do smoke but really seldomly so i don't mind if i have to smoke outside or allowed to smoke inside.

Ich bin 22 Jarhe alt Mann von Sud Korea.
jetzt lerne ich deutsch und arbeite in einen restuarant.
ich will in univ studieren! jetzt nur eine deutsch-student Dx
es ist am besten wenn das zimmer ist in Mitte/Prenzlauer Berg/Neukolln/Kreuzbeg/Wedding aber nicht ein muss!
ich arbeite in Mitte. so hoffe ich es ist das Zimmer nicht mehr asl in 30 minuten-weit mit tram oder bahn!

ich arbeite und auch bekomme ein bisschen unterschtuzung von meine eltern, so ich werde niemal die Miete zu spat senden!

Ich bin sehr freundlich, mag black und gute Humor. lieb die freundschaft, die einander bitchen aber ganz zusammen,
aber ich bin auch sehr ruhig Person ( ironic haha ) so normalaweise bleibe ich immer in meinen zimmer, malhen oder spielen, und schalfen.
als ich gesagt habe, ich bleibe nur in meine zimmer, nur ausgehen wenn ich esse, arbeite, oder kaufe.
aber manchmal ich gehe verrucht und nach berghain feiren gehen! :D ( nur c.a. einmal in ein Monat)

ich schlafe sehr sehr spat, auch mein leben ist spat.
aber diese meint dass, du niemals ein stress von toilet hast! ( keine "ich muss auch gehen so lass mich auch dursch haben! hehehe :D )

ich werde nich sagen, dass ich ganz ordentlich bin. aber ich bin ganz fair so ich mache ordentlich in geteilte zimmer.(z.B. toilet oder kuche). wenn du mich in meinen zimmer frei lassen, dann alle geteilte zimmer ordentlich sein werde!

ich bin der Person " mir ist ganz egal ". so ich kann als deine mitbewohner hineinpassen.
wenn du Wilma WG haben willst, ich kann da sein
wenn du "wir nur whonen zusammen" willst, ich kann auch da sein.

ich brauche Zimmer von 01.02.2018 .diese kann ein bisschen fruh oder spat sein aber nicht mehr als 1 Monat.
