Berlin newcomer looking for a flat to stay in February and possibility of extending the stay until March preferred***

I'm ideally looking for the central areas, but am open to other locations as long as it has good transport links:

--> MAX. RENT with all utilities included (and furnished) - 350EUR

I'm fine with whoever you are as long as there are ideally no more than 3 people sharing the flat.
I'm flexible and not fussy. I just need a bed, a washing machine, a fridge, just the basic stuff. Regarding my personality, I'm pretty laid back but at the same time like to have things clean and tidy and will make sure they are without overstepping boundaries, you might like the mess. I have an utter respect and fascination for human nature, how different we all are and have a pretty adaptive nature, so be yourself and I'll be glad to share your flat with you.

I have a love for beer, observing random people on the streets, music (from stuff like blue angel lounge, swans, múm, nick cave, spacemen 3 and whatever more,......it all depends on the mood). I like to be on my own, but I like as well to have a chat and hand out, if we have enough chemistry why not share the occasional meal together.

For all it matters, I'm Portuguese :)

***So in a nutshell: I need a place to stay for the month of February, 300 EUR all inclusive(would prefer to extend the stay if we both feel like). Ideally sharing with only one or two flatmates, if you speak German even better because I am planing on learning it. Central areas always preferred, close to transport links.
