My name is Christy and I'm an American female looking for a wonderful new place to call home. I'm learning German now but it's not great so message me in English :)

More about me: I'm 40 but I don't feel my age (or look it!). I am a healthy and responsible adult, non-smoker, funny, outgoing, vegan chef by trade (would love to do shared dinners sometimes!), yoga teacher and personal trainer. I also do remote marketing work from my computer.

What I'm looking for in a WG (please do not contact me if these things don’t apply):
- 550 max warm rent
- unfurnished private room (or partially furnished, I have a bed I love)
- furnished kitchen that is good for cooking - ideally roommate that is vegetarian/vegan or doesn't cook meat often
- bath tub would be nice, but not essential
- quiet peaceful surroundings, not on a major street
- flatmates that are mature, respectful and don't party at the house
- a cleaning schedule
- LGBTQIA + friendly

My move-in date is flexible around August or September 1st.
