Exchange student looking for accommodation

Hi!

My name is Ludvig Wallentin and I am an incoming Erasmus student from Sweden where I am studying teacher education. I am on my fourth out of five years and will spend the second half of this fourth year in Berlin, at Humboldt. I intend to teach upper secondary students in English and German. My studies will be carried out from early April until the end of July (approximately) but I am no stranger to find a place to live from March and forward. Furthermore, if the economy is there I might be open to rent something later stages of August as well.

I am an outgoing, easy-to-deal with kind of guy who respects other persons’ privacy since I value my own very highly. I am smoke- and drug free and will focus on my studies while in Berlin and just generally experiencing the city. I do enjoy hanging out with friends and have a glass of wine or whatnot so I am no stranger to possibly end up in a nice WG with social persons.

Since I am an exchange student I am looking for a furnitured room, room in a WG or flat and Anmeldung is a necessity. My price limit is €500 but I reckon it could stretch to €550 and I would prefer to find something somewhat central. Commuting to the school would be no problems but it is a preference of mine to not having to commute for ~1hr or more. P-berg, X-berg, Neukölln, F-hain, Mitte and so on are districts of interest but I am open for whatever options may come my way.
