Looking for a big room in a relaxed Altbau flat :)

Hallo Leute!

My name is Emmanuelle, I’m a 35 year-old French girl from Corsica, but I have been living abroad for the past 9 years ( Australia, Paris, London and some traveling too) and I have been sharing houses for all this time with different people coming from a various range of backgrounds and cultures (no horror stories to be reported so far ;)

I have been visiting Berlin often for the past 10 years and being one of my favorite places, I finally made it happen and moved here in July, currently working in tech and planning to properly settle here :)

I am therefore looking for a long term room in a nice WG with good vibes where everyone is tolerant and respects each other ;)

I currently live in KreuzköIln, in a lovely neubau flat with a very easygoing flatmate but would love to move into an altbau with very high ceilings, wooden floor and stucco! That is one of the reasons why I have decided to search for a new place and would be willing to swap my room :) I am also flexible with the moving date.

The second reason is that my current flatmate doesn't speak German, and I have started to learn it at school so it would be ideal for me if my future flatmate(s) could speak it so I can start practice it, even though it will take a while for me to hold a conversation as I am starting from scratches but I am enjoying the language a lot ;)

I am very friendly, easygoing and super clean, I like to cook sometimes (even though I’m not the best at it let’s be honest) and I like a good glass of wine while watching movies, and I like to read! I listen to a lot of music too (don’t worry, not loud on speakers) I am really into 80's and 90's stuff :)

I like to go out ( dancing, catching up my friends), yoga ( but unfortunately not so often), exhibitions and swimming in beautiful Berlin lakes! I like to hang out with my flatmates, having dinners together, sharing things really but also understand everyone needs their own privacy!
I also love animals (cats especially) so I would also be very happy to live with pets!

I am always interested in meeting new people and discovering cultures ;)
