Master Studentin / Praktikum intern looking for WG-Zimmer or 1-Zimmer in Berlin

Dear Landlords, I am a Master student who will be doing full time, a 6-Month internship in Berlin, therefore I am looking for accommodation with a moving date as soon as possible.
-Where am I from? Originally from China, I did my master's in Paris, France and my bachelor's in America, I guess you can say I am multicultural :)
-How long is the lease? For now, I would like to sign a 6-month lease with a possible extension, depends on whether the company will give me a full-time job after my internship.
-Do I need Anmeldung? YES, PLEASE. I have to be registered for my visa... thank you :)
-Languages: I speak English and Chinese fluently, of course; my German and French are passable.. that is why i am here to improve my German!
-Habits: I do not smoke, rarely drink, I am getting a little bit old to party and stay up at night... so I prefer an early night in with Netflix and popcorn on the weekends. I am really neat and like to clean when I have spare time, too.
