Need a room/studio in Berlin from Dec 1st for long term with Anmeldung

I am Varun and I am moving in to Berlin from Kuala Lumpur on December 1st, and would like to rent possibly for longer term (>4 months). Shorter term is fine if possible with Anmeldung. I will be working at Blinkist (Neukölln). I really like your place and would like to work something out with you. :)

A few things about me - I like to keep my place neat, respectful and full of good vibes, and expect the same. I have lived in shared spaces since the age of 10, and I believe in giving as much space to people as they need to always feel that they are at home. I like to go out to eat/drink, talk about new ideas, culture, business, career and basically anything that can stimulate my brain enough. I have previously lived in various parts of India, a couple of cities in USA, and in Kuala Lumpur. Naturally, I embrace diversity (especially when people have different thoughts than mine, I love that, gives me new perspective).

I speak in English and Hindi, and I plan to learn German as soon as I am in Berlin.

I am looking for a place with Anmeldung. :)
