Freundliche Mieterin sucht ruhige Bleibe

Aufgrund eines neuen Jobs bin ich in Berlin und suche für die ersten Monate eine Bleibe. Ich bin unter der Woche viel unterwegs (und stehe dann früh auf) - und am Wochenende fahre ich auch meist nach Hause. Ich suche eine ruhige Bleibe, die optimal an S- oder U-Bahn angebunden ist, wenn man früh unterweg ist, zählt jede Minute :-).
Ich stelle mir weder eine reine Zweck-WG noch die gemeinsamen Rotwein-Abende. Sauberkeit und Ruhe sind mir wichtig, dazu trage ich auch meinen Teil bei bwz. schätze eine Putzfrau. Ich bin weiblich, Nichtraucher, ohne Tiere, ohne Musikinstrumente. Das Zimmer muss möbliert sein, wenn es gut läuft, würde ich vielleicht auch länger bleiben.
Because of a new job, I landed in Berlin and am now searching for a temporary stay for the first months. I travel a lot during the week and get up rather early - and also travel home for the weekend. I am searching for a quiet and peaceful place with excellent connections to public transportation. Neither am I looking for flat sharing out of necessity, nor do I look for long red wine evenings in the kitchen. I value cleanliness and calmness and am wiling to do may share. I am female, non-smoker, no animals, no instruments. The room needs to be furnished. Maybe, if things go will, I would stay for longer.
