Kiwi looking for a room in Central Berlin

Hey, I’m Gareth.

I’m a 29 year old guy from New Zealand who has been living in Berlin for the last 10 months and really loving it. I'm looking for a long-term WG with like-minded people from 1st March or anytime after that. In a perfect world I’d find a place in Friedrichshain or Prenzlauer Berg, Schoeneberg or Kreuzberg, but I’m quite flexible.

A great flat for me would be 3-4 friendly people with a good positive energy and relaxed social vibe where people are keen for a chat, coffee, beer or movie together (but of course everyone can have their own space)! Always good if everyone is working full-time so we're on similar schedules. Es wäre auch toll, mit einigen Einheimischen oder Deutschsprachigen zu leben, damit ich mich in diesem Jahr auf B1 verbessern kann.

A bit more about me:
- Work: Product Manager at a sustainable urban farming company.
- Social: Not a party animal but everything in moderation. Often catching up with friends for a drink, or meetups for music and German speaking.
- Hobbies: Learning German, playing music, basketball, mountain biking, and travelling.
- Deutsch: Ich lerne und werde besser! Currently going to meetups, using Duolingo and watching awesome German shows (Jerks, Dark, How to Sell Drugs Online Fast). Keen to practice!
