Moving to Berlin within this month to start renting for 1st of October for long term

Greetings!
I'm Xavier, 26 years old and from New York City with plans to move to Berlin within this month or catch a listing that starts in October 1st for long term. I'm looking for a shared flat situation with a monthly budget of around 600 Euro max.

Since I plan on obtaining a work visa as soon as possible, anmeldung is essential.

Keeping common areas clean after use, being respectful, communicating boundaries, and paying on time are the most important pillars to keeping a healthy flat in my perspective. Our domains shouldn't be a source of stress in this already stressful world.
I've been living in NYC for most of my life as a bartender, model, actor, and other various nightlife roles. I have years of experience living in shared flats since it's quite a common lifestyle here in NYC as well.
Some of my passions include: yoga, dancing, spirituality/hermeticism, tarot, techno, bouldering
I typically don't smoke but sometimes i'll have one socially when out at a bar/club. Not a heavy drinker either, only wine/beer socially.
I know very little German so you should be okay with this. (Of course I plan on learning)
