Trainee looking for a WG room

Hey there :)

My name is Jugal, I'm 25 and I recently completed my masters in Switzerland (university of st. Gallen), originally hailing from India. I will move to Berlin at the beginning of January 2022 for a traineeship at a Venture Capital firm, and am looking for a room in a shared apartment for that period.

I'm fluent in English and Spanish, and will hopefully be able to say the same about German soon! :) I don't smoke, but enjoy the occasional drink with friends. I prefer attending parties rather than hosting them, but besides that I'm more of a person who likes a night-in watching movies, playing board games and chatting (politics, pop culture, languages, anything really!). I enjoy cooking and usually make some nice Indian (vegetarian) curries and Indian-ized versions of western cuisine 🍝 Since I'll be new in town, I'd love to do activities with my flatmate(s) every now and then, going to the cinema, exploring the city, going to museums... but I'm also okay with a quieter flatshare if you don't feel like it!

I like listening to music (but dw I am quiet and always use headphones) and hope to get the chance to go to some gigs again when in Berlin. I also enjoy photography and hiking. I am clean (having a cleaning schedule at home would be nice) and respectful of others' spaces and I have experience living in an international flatshare. I also need some alone time to recharge my social batteries from time to time :) I am fully vaccinated .
