WG Zimmer in Berlin Mitte for January

I am renting out my room for one month due to traveling. I am living with three other amazing people in a beautiful apartment in Berlin.

Our apartment is in a big Altbau building (157 m2) on Chausseestraße, 4th floor (so 5th for Americans) – no elevator :) Don’t worry, your quads will thank you later! Chausseestrasse is a pretty busy street, but well connected to U Bahn, S bahn and Tram. The unfurnished room is quite big with about 20 m2 (even though the smallest of the four rooms) and faces west so there’s plenty of light.

Our flat's kitchen (installed in Nov. 2017) includes a dishwasher and a big refrigerator. The bathroom is fairly large and includes a washing machine and bathtub. We don’t have a living room, but there’s a fairly large table in the kitchen for community meals, plus this means the bedrooms are bigger. One of the girls’ rooms has a balcony which everyone is also welcome to use.

The flat is on Chausseestrasse, about a two-minute walk to the U-Bahn stop Naturkundemuseum (U6) – so right in the middle of Mitte. The S-Bahn stop Nordbahnhof is also about 7 mins away on foot. There are also many trams that stop practically in front of our front door.
