wie geht es Ihnen?

My name is Balthazar, I am 26 turning 27 this summer, I come from Paris but still remain nice :)
I am an artist so I work in a studio for myself and work as a freelance to do 3D modelisations of spaces with Archicad to create interior or exterior spaces and sometimes assist artist and galeries.

I am quite tidy, and respectful of spaces, I rented my room a few times so I know how important it is. Besides that I like discovering things, doing exhibitions, taking coffees outside, reading literature, talking about philosophy and existential matters, doing sport and I recently got into Bouldering, which I really enjoy! :) I speak French, English und Ich lerne Deutsch.

I am looking for a longterm Flatshare in Berlin as I am setling in your beautiful city right now :) To me, the dream flatshare would be, to be able to do things together, having nice energies, sharing things, cooking, watching movies etc as well as having moments of rest. For the room, size wise, 15m2 would be perfect but I remain open to a little bit more or less from 10 to 20m2.
