room in a shared apartment - anmeldung possible

Hi,

Soon I will leave my room and I am looking for someone to take over.
the apartment is located in Mitte, one minute away (walking) from U6 Oranienburger Tor. It is in an old building with high ceiling, floorboards, large bathroom and kitchen. The apt is 130sqm.

You will share the apt only with another person, Holger (60y, German). He is the main tenant.
The room is 25sqm and completely furnished: big bed, desk, chair, wardrobe.

the room will be available starting end of August/beginning of September (can be a little flexible) and initially the contract would be limited to 6 months. If it is a good match on both sides, the contract can be extended.

ANMELDUNG IS POSSIBLE!!

rent is 600euro per month, all in!

Das Zimmer hat 25 qm und befindet sich in einer 130 qm Altbauwohnung mit hohen Decken, Dielenboden, großem Bad und Küche.

Miete: 600.- Euro alles inkl.
