Looking for a spacious cozy sunny room

Hey there! I'm Teddy, a video editor and music producer currently looking for a sunny cozy room to rent long term.
I am mostly interested in these areas: Neukölln, Kreuzberg, Treptow. Budget is around 500 euros.
I'm easy going, super chill, and very considerate to other people's privacy, comfort and well-being.
I am currently covering my living cost with my video editing work, but also I'm pursuing a career in music production and performance (not techno). So far, I work on my music either at the university in which I'm doing my masters, or in my room on my headphones. My music is my activism, my resistance.

I would love to cook together, exchange ideas and have meaningful conversations over a bottle of wine (or beer, or tea, depending on the mood). I consider the house as a retreat and I also appreciate each having their own space to just rest and relax. But also, sharing our experiences together, communicating and being direct is also the recipe for a great WG friendship! :)
I speak English, French and Arabic fluently. My German level is B1 at the moment.
