Urgent Long term student accommodations needed

Hello Everyone,
I’m looking for urgent available accommodation (one room flat) in Berlin from coming February 2023. I’m moving in Berlin for my Master’s program in business background field. Since I’m living here in Germany more than over three years so I’m aware about the house rules, regulations & as well as general rules about living in DE. Looking for long term accommodations with Anmeldung ( I have to renew my residence permit for study & working as a student). I’m expecting something between 400 - 450 euro max (can be discussed) Including internet & utilities. I’m expecting something furnished & suitable for students for quite peaceful, easy to concentrate on study.

Caution money should be equal for two months rent. My university campus located in Potsdam, so public transportation from my offered accommodations should be available/suitable.
I’m expecting maximum travel duration 1hour toward my campus. So i prefer something in between Berlin central or nearby close to Potsdam.

Private Students dormitory or sub tenant for single room apartment is also ok, but should be available for long term.

Bit about myself:
I’m polite down to earth type. Friendly, helpful & open minded. I like to meet new peoples & make new friends. I speak English & little bit German 😊. Love to cooking, cycling, diet, workout at home/outside, hang out with friends. I love to travel around & love to explore the new places.
