Flatshare for only worker - no pets - no children - quiet person

Hello,
I'm a 30 years old male looking for a place to live. I love cooking and hiking.
Currently Im working freelance for an IT company overseas, but looking to establish in Berlin to get an Anmeldung and properly work in the city.
I'm a sociable person, very interested in sharing experiencies with other people but also very aware of privacy and personal space.
I speak Spanish and English in terms of fluen conversation and also have a basic knowledge of French language. Italian and Portugese are languages i can only understand but not talk. Also looking forward to learn German in my stay here.
I got to Germany with the idea of staying for at least one year, and have the meanings to do so even in the worst case scenario (live on my savings only).
As i am not a european citizen (im here with a VISA), i cannot provide SCHUFA (jetzt beantragen) rating. But any other information regarding my financial stauts can be obtanied from my country (Argentina).
