Looking for central and equipped flat for July

Hi! I am looking for a flat to rent for my parents, who will come visit in July and will stay in Berlin for 4 weeks (approximately 01.07-06.08 but still kinda flexible).

My mum and dad will travel from Italy to help me look after my toddler while I have my second baby, therefore they would like a place as close as possible to mine. This means anything around Nollendorfplatz/Winterfeldplatz/Viktoria Luise Platz or well connected with U1, U2, U3 or U4.
Since it’s a shot time rental, it would be perfect if your flat was fully furnished, and ready to move in. If it also has a balcony, terrace or small garden, even better!

My parents are in their late 60’s, quiet, clean and respectful. My mum has the the ultimate green thumb and would love to take care of your plants while you’re away, while my dad will happily take care of your pets if you can’t take them on holiday!
