You will mostly have the whole 110sqm apartment to yourself as our beloved roomate is a pilot and therefore is away a lot. 60-70% of the time you will be alone. Your room has the balcony attached looking out onto warschauer str/ Frankfurter tor. It is aprox. 5 min walk to Boxhagener platz.
2 min walk to tram, 3 min to ubahn and 7 min to sbahn.
Our roomate Justin is from America but lived in germany for many years and is fluent in both languages. He is clean, easy to live with, cooks but mostly just nice to have around. He would be so happy if you could water his dear plants while hes away for work☺️ as again, he will be away most of the time.
We do take a deposit of one month rent as we are leaving a lot of our things in the flat seems its only a two month sublet. That being said you will have a full wardrobe free for your clothes. (Also we do pay more per month but we realise the rent price in berlin so we are paying a bit of the rent).
The dates can be flexible. We look forward to hearing from you!
