Schönes, ruhiges Zimmer ☀️

Hallo ihr lieben Wohnungssuchenden,

wir sind Jana (29) und Annalena (27)!
Wir wohnen seit zwei Jahren zusammen und sich nun auf der Suche nach einer entspannten und zuverlässigen Mitbewohnerin für unsere vegetarisch/vegane 4er WG.

Das Zimmer:
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock eines wunderschönen Altbau-Gebäudes.
Das Zimmer geht zum Hinterhof raus und ist deswegen relativ ruhig. Da es sich um eine Altbau-Wohnung handelt, gibt es einen Dielen-Fußboden und die Wände sind angenehm hoch. Wir haben eine voll ausgestattete Wohnküche. Unsere Nachbarn sind nett und achten aufeinander.

Als Einrichtung hat der Raum ein Bett, Schrank und Schreibtisch.

Allgemein - bitte lesen:

- Primär nutzen wir unser Zuhause als Rückzugsort.
Annalena arbeitet Vollzeit, Jana studiert und hat noch einen Job und wenn wir Zuhause sind, wollen wir eher unsere Ruhe haben. Natürlich machen wir ab und zu gemeinsame Spieleabende oder Clubbesuche! Falls du eine selbstständige Person bist und auf ein ruhiges Zuhause klarkommst, dann kannst du in unserer WG eine tolle Zeit haben.

- Eine gewisse Kritikfähigkeit und gewaltfreie Kommunikation sind für ein gesundes WG-Leben unerlässlich. Falls uns etwas bedrückt oder stört, würden wir das gerne ansprechen können. Alle sollen sich Zuhause wohl fühlen :)



- Wir achten auf Sauberkeit, räumen (meistens) direkt hinter uns auf und hätten gerne eine Mitbewohnerin, die mitdenkt, sich an Putzpläne hält und sich an einem sauberen Zuhause erfreut.

- du Corona leugnest, rassistisches, faschistisches, sexistisches oder anderweitig diskriminierendes Gedankengut hast
- du oft tierische Produkte konsumierst
- deine Freunde ständig bei dir abhängen

Hey lovely apartment searchers,

we are Jana (29) and Annalena (27) and we're looking for a chilled calm girl in our vegan/vegetarian shared apartment.
We primarily look for a commuter! Someone who is only a couple of days per week in the apartment.
We speak German and English fluently.
It's an old fashioned beautiful big place with high ceilings. The area and neighbours are nice.

The room is bright, beautiful and spacious. The furniture includes a bed, closet and desk.

General information - please read:

- We primarily use our home as a retreat.
Annalena works full time, Jana is studying and has a job and when we are at home we prefer to chill for ourselves. Of course we like to chat and exchange - but don't expect an every day chat. If you are an independent person and can live with a quiet home then you can have a great time in our flat.

- A certain ability to take criticism and use non-violent communication are essential for a healthy shared apartment life. If something bothers or concerns us, we would like to be able to address it. Everyone should feel comfortable at home :)



- We pay attention to cleaniness, clean up (mostly) directly behind us and would like to have a roommate who thinks along with us, sticks to cleaning schedules and enjoys a clean home in general.

- your friends want to hang at yours all the time
