Hello everyone, I want to find a Nachmieter to take over one of the WG rooms I am currently staying in. The information is as follows:
Time: The rent starts in March, the contract will be signed with the housing agent. The contract starting from March is expected to be signed before March.
Location: U9 Walther-Schreiber Platz station
The apartment is Altbau, ground floor, the room faces Innenhof.
Rental requirements: A small amount of furniture is expected to be taken over by the new tenant. Cooperating with two other flatmates in taking turns to clean the common areas and keeping the place tidy is required. No smoking, no pets keeping, no partying.
Rent: 500€/month, including water and heating
Deposit: 500€
Anmeldung is possible.
One-year contract, renewable after one year.
Additional expenses: WiFi, radio and television fees are a total of 18.83/month per person; the electricity bill currently signed is 140€ per month, divided equally among three flatmates, and the excess will be reimbursed at the end of the year. Normally we should receive reimbursement, for everyone is contributing to saving the electricity.
The room is provided with a mattress (140*200cm), a bedstead, a desk, a chair and a closet by the housing agent.
The house is located right next to the shopping center area, therefore shopping and transportation are very convenient.
1 minute walk to Rewe, pharmacy, coffee shop, U9 station; 3 minutes walk to Edeka, Lidl, dm, Rossmann, Asian Supermarket Vinh-Loi, gym, etc.
It takes 3 minutes to walk to the bus stops of various routes.
It takes 7 minutes to walk to the S1 station.
You will be living in this three-person WG together with two Taiwanese girls. The common space is about 40 square meters. The house has basic pots and pans, an oven, a large refrigerator, and a washing machine. The room is about 17 square meters with double bed.
